Angry damn noise

In the rear end of my wagon I hear a loud poping noise that I have not been able to locate and it is starting to drive me crazy I cant figure it out. the sube shop told me that it was from the aftermarket sway bar kits but it was happening before I installed them any suggestions.

When does the popping sound occur? While moving? Just starting to move? When shifting? When cornering? When going over bumps?

I hear it mostly when going over small bumps, ive tried taking out all of the tool like spare and lift out but no luck. As far as the mods I have the perrin rear sway bar, end links, and mounts. in front the whitline sway bar and the sti cat-back. Im gonna have my budy drive me around while i crawl around and try to sniff it out, keep ya posted.

Look at your swaybar and see if it has moved to one side or the other. I've seen this happen on a WRX before. I don't remember what the cause was, but it had wiggled to one side and was rubbing on the frame or something.
