Coolant leak problem

Hey guys, so I have a slight coolant leak coming from the topside of the radiator it looks like. It only does it when I step on the throttle when the engine is still warming up (which I know is bad but it's so hard sometimes!). I think I've narrows it down to the black circle in the picture ( don't quite know the correct terminology for it). I believe it's coming from the bottom side. I originally thought it was the two tubes connected so I clamped them off and it's still doing it. Would there be an O-Ring inside the black object that needs replacing? Thanks guys looking forward to hearing back from you

Is it coming from the where the threads are? If so maybe you could try teflon tape on the threads. Take it out and teflon the threads and put it back in.
the RIOT act likes this.

I haven't had a chance to take it apart yet, would just a regular Allan wrench do the job? Seems like that's the pattern on the end
