Cobb AP problem?

Ok so here's the deal.... Last year I installed a TBE no tuning and dynoed at 219.7awhp 215 torque, on a mustang dyno.... I first did a baseline dyno when I got the car(169.7awhp).
I got my Cobb and went stage 2 with it using the base maps. Seemed to pull much harder.

Here is the dilema. Yesterday went to the shop and had the car dynoed.... 195.8awhp, 209.5 torque.....

What the hell is going on..... We spent the rest of the day trying to figure out what was going on.
Everything, and I mean everything checked out.

I'M CONFUSED BEYOND BELIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jag_Warrior is an unknown
Based on what others have gotten, I think I'd seriously question the 219 awhp with just a TBE (and no EM???). I've never heard of getting 50 awhp from a TBE. You'd have to be getting 85 or so crank hp from the TBE = not possible.

Did the same shop (and the same person) do both dyno runs? There was a great article on proper dyno setup. I'm not saying these guys did it on purpose, but some shops have been known to juice their numbers to make customers happy with their work. After reading the article, I was surprised at how easy it was to generate funny numbers.

I was suprised as well by my original #'s. Same guys same set up and everything.. I'll post the 2 comparisons when I get home later.
I'm perplexed by this. I do know that the Cobb AP reacts differently with each car, but this is extreme.
