Clutch Pedal To Floor

Ok so I went to install the SS clutch line today, and everything is back together. I went to go bleed the clutch and the pedal falls to the floor and won't return. How do I get the pressure back into the clutch system???

Does the slave cylinder actually push the clutch fork or pull it? I noticed that you can pushed it in. I'm going to try tomorrow to push and pull the clutch pedal for a while to see if I can build up pressure. I pushed it in and pulled it out like 5 times, but no return pressure.

What about the spring that is attached to the pedal? isn't it supposed to compress when you push the pedal not expand?

OK...so I took your advice Jave and just hand pumped the clutch pedal. The only weird thing is that when you go to bleed it and open the bleeder valve with the pedal to the floor, you have to pick it up off the floor again and pump it up to build pressure again. Well, it's all good now, and it feels like butter when I push the pedal now. Thanks for all the help.
