clutch engagement / hard to shift
I recently had my clutch replaced on my 05 WRX wagon. As I drove it home I noticed that with the clutch pedal to the floor in 1st (stopped) it starts grabbing and slowly pulling the car forward. I figured that it was due to the friction plate being new and thick. 400 mile into it the problem still exists. Also my car is hard to get into gear when it is stopped or moving, I figured it's because the clutch is partially engaged but also had that prob with stock clutch too. (hard to get into gear) My question is: Can I adjust my clutch pedal to solve the engagement problem and also I have new shifter bushing on order with a short throw shifter. Should that resolve hard shifting issues? Sorry if I'm kicking a dead horse here but I've researched for hours and found bits and pieces but nothing spot on.
