Cel

So, it's been about a month since I installed my Perrin Uppipe, TurboXS TBE, UTEC, Boost Gauge, and hacked off the milk jug part of the resonator. I ran fine with no CEL until this morning. I'm looking for places to investigate. The major change over the past two days is the temperature drop and presence of rain. I am going to look at the resistor I used on the EGT probe that I removed from the uppipe for corrosion since it's just sitting the open air. Other than the O2 sensor on the exhaust finally deciding emissions were too high, where should I look? Any suggestions or similar problems are appreciated. Thanks.

Quick question, I have a friend that works at a Chrysler/Jeep Dealership as a tech, would their scan tools be able to pull my code? I was pretty sure there has to be some universalness (if that's a word) to the scan tools.

Well, I went and pulled the code, and sure enough, it was a P0420 like fc735 said. I just had my friend clear it, and we'll see when it comes back, I'll probably make a MIL eliminator if and when it does come back.

I only wish there were people like you somewhere near where I live, so instead of having to post to a webpage (not that there's anything wrong with that) I could talk to someone face to face and point at things in the car. I especially would like to meet someone who's good at tuning with the UTEC. Thanks for the help fc735.
