Braking at high speeds? How high? I notice more of a pulsing/throbbing feeling when I brake from 115+

Wouldn't it be a warped rotor if it shakes from braking? I have this same problem. If I'm doing 75+ and brake I get a pretty severe shake in my steering wheel.

I think of it as a slightly warped rotor... I have done some hard pulls on the Salt Flats to speed limiter and had to brake pretty quick before I ran out of salt...

Your brake rotors are warped. Have them resurfaced or replaced.
