Car has ruff idle need help

the other night, i was pushing the car hard when all of a sudden i heard a noise and my check engine light started flashing. i pulled over and the car was idling very rough. this little yellow light under the fuel needle also came on?? i thought there was something wrong with the turbo, but i took it off and everything looks fine. i have no idea what could be wrong. I would really appreciate any help i can get. thanks

Did you have the CELS/codes pulled? Any mods to the car?

i haven't had the codes pulled yet, but as for mods go, i have tbe, short ram intake, sti intercooler, hks bov, and a mbc which i intend to remove as well as the bov. actually im probably just take off everything except for the exhaust and return the car back to stock. i just really hope its nothing serious.
