P0122 - Throttle position sensor A Low Input
P0171 - System too lean
P0507 - Idle control RPM higher than expected
P0457 - Evap leak detected (fuel cap)
P0420 - Cat efficiency below threshold
P0519 - Idle control malfunction (fail-safe)

Dude, you got some serious issues. The ones I've put in bold are the ones that really worry me. Sounds like you may have bought a lemon or whoever did the work seriously messed your car up.

Hard to say without actually looking at the car. Sounds like you have a bad TPS, check your gas cap and need a good tune.

access port stage 2 tune - codes pulled

ok so i got a tune flashed ecu to stage 2 91 octane, cel never shut off, p0031 heater control circuit low bank 1 sencer 1... p0113 intake temp circuit high input.. how do i fix this only mods are tbe, perrin inlet tube , perrin crank pulley and everything else is back to stock ie, intake and bov

P0113 - clean the MAF with some MAF cleaner or CRC QD Electrical cleaner.
P0031 - Replace the front O2 sensor.

After that, reset the ecu by pulling the negative off the battery and step on the brake for 5 seconds.

I'm pretty sure its the exhaust manifold on the passenger side

actually ran pretty fine, all besides the rough idle and occasional misfire here an there but other than that alright i guess ... now that i reprogramed the ecu with stage 2, its way faster from mid to high rpms. i cleaned the MAF sensor and that code is gone, the only thing that i need is the front o2 sensor an i hope to have no CEl on and pass inspection

EdIT: today i did a "dyno" pull on the AP and i only got 265.4 hp and i only hit 8.3lbs boost does that sound right or is there another problem????

finally got it to pass with your peoples help thanks to all! ps. MA inspection is pretty tough to pass an i passed with tbe and stage 2 AP !
