hey guys so iv had similiar issue on my celica alltrac so im pretty sure i kno the issue but im wondering if anyone has used lucas motor honey to fix a wrx problem... pretty sure i got a wristpin on the left side gon. car just stalled on me yesterday and since then a knock on the left bank if u rev up fast or drop off fast the trhottle isnt consistant only on the rev up or release of the gas but louder than all hell i fixed jeeps and rangers and hondas with a lil slop like this but seeing this has a turbo i wasnt sure if its safe to use lusac. dont want to gum up the turbo or trash something up top if the oil becomes to thick to get to the top end.. any body have expirienc in this i need to save for the motor or piston job whichever route i take so is there anyway to keep her running another 3 months shes my daily driver over 80 miles daily for work and im miserable without my boost fix so any help would do.. any good motors for sale on here lol....

I won't use anything by Lucas in my lawnmower let alone my car. Just fix the issue if you know what it is. Don't band aid it...

yah having two kids whose birthdays are both next month plus regular bills tells me i hafta bandaid it.... and in the process of fixing it there will b down time for my car which is tuff workinf 60 hr weeks being a single father with fulltime custody.. my car is my only toy and fun but being able to come up with the time and money needed to fix issues takes time any body else???

Then buy a beater car until you can fix the issue...It's only going get worse and could cost you more in the long run...

Lucas products aren't going to help with the issue. If you have rod knock, the damage is already done. If you want to keep driving it, sign up for AAA and drive it till it seizes.

Ya thinking a beater car is gunna hafta do. Unfortunately I'm still paying on half of the wrx I paid half loaned 4000 for the car so there's a payment to go along with fixing the car. Thanx guys for the input
