boosting issue

ok i have an 04 WRX with tbxs TBE and fuel rails, SPT intake, larger topmount intercooler with perrin y-hose, agency power crank pulley and a ported tgv delete.....

my problem is the car is only hitting 7-9lbs....

i used to have a EBC hooked up to it and it would get 16lbs constantly..... then tragedy struck one day it was only getting 7lbs.... i removed the EBC and went back to factory setup but still 7lbs of boost..... traced one issue to a cracked hose on the intake manifold i replaced that thinking that was the problem...... drove the car but still got 7lbs..... a buddy told me that i was missing the restrictor pill and that was causing the boost problem so i ordered an new t-hose for the wastegate and turbo but that only made the car hit 9lbs constantly..... what is going on with the car i need help and all this was going on before the tgc delete if that helps car also has no boost leaks.....

PS.
im running a tbxs utec stage 2 map

So you just admitted to the car having TWO (2) boost leaks? Think that could possibly be the issue there?

Have you tried tightening your wastegate actuator arm? If you hear a lot of wastegate flutter that may be it, it can't stay shut with the reduced back pressure of the TBE. Basically the wastegate stays open since it doesn't have enough tension to stay shut, and bleeds off extra exhaust gasses.

With the car running get yourself a can of brake clean or carb cleaner and start spraying it around your BPV, Throttle, and intercooler tubing and hear to see if your car changes how it sounds when its idling, and if it does that is where you have a leak, Another way you can check for leaks is to pressurize your intake system but that takes alot of blocking off and knowing what you are doing to do that. Give ALL your hoses a good looking over as well to check for leaks and or cracks as well.

Could you figure it out? Did you get your boost back? If so, what caused the low boost issue?
