Try disconnecting the AC belt and see if it goes away. I had my AC compressor bearing go bad and start making a ton of nose

Ok I'm Pretty new to this where is it located. Would it still make noise if I'm not running my A/C. Because I haven't benn running it and it still makes the noise I also noticed after driving for a while it gets really quiet and sometimes stops untill I slow back down again.

So it still does it with the AC ON ?

Check the air pump as well. Might be a hose that came disconnected from the pump.

Since it's louder while turning, you may have a POS power steering issue. Did you check your fluid level.

If its what I said, it would make noise regardless of whether the AC was engaged or not. My Sti had that issue before I sold it. That belt is always turning the AC compressor wheel. But it does sound like your PS pump could be the culprit like Paul said.

Garage
^ x2 on checking the PS, considering the poster said it's louder when turning.

The AC belt is the smaller of the 2 on the front of the engine (standing in front with the hood up).

What do you mean "How does the PS make noise?" It's powered by the other belt.

Disconnect the PS belt. Drive the car. See if noise persists. Disconnect AC belt, drive. See if noise persists. If one of those fixes the noise, you know that the corresponding pump was bad.

ejs0806 is more helpful than not
also power steering makes noise when its going bad gets like a whine noise but shoulndnt happen unless you steering or if its making noise while sitting its kinda shot lol but no the noise you described doesnt sound like the pump itself going bad.. turn your car on while sitting and turn the wheel if it whine or the noise changes then its most likely the pump.. In my experiences if you max it out to the side where it usually makes a little noise it will be way worse

Start there. The fact that it gets louder when you turn is a good indicator.
