1)Who is doing the diagnosis for your car? They should be checking the voltage and ampacity for that circut.
2)Stop buying new ones. You can usually find them cheap on NASIOC classifides or Ebay for around $25.
3)What are all your mods?

Im doing the diagnosis im not exactly a certified mechanic. i checked the voltage wiht my auto meter but im assuming it should be around 12-13 and it was but im not sure what elee to look for, the dealer said it may be a short due to a cracked wire but i cant see ne in the motor compartment.. Alls i have is ap stg 2 no other proformance mods..
The ECU does contorl the BCS by 12v-13 volts. So you can actually test the BCS by making some test leads and connecting the ground to the battery negitive and just touch the positive momentairilly to the battery posistive. You should hear it audibly click. If it does then the problem lies else where (wiring maybe, bad connection). If you still have your old solenoids I would test them. Also try cleaning the solenoid with some electronic cleaner or some non chlorinated brake cleaner.Just a couple squirts, not alot needed.Blowby can gum up the solenoids sometimes.
