you could get an internet road tune for it. You'd need a wideband O2 with logging, a tactrix cable, and a bit of cash.

If you're running OpenECU, I can talk to my tuner if you want. Either that or you can talk to him on STLSubaru. He's Testes1010 on there.

1)Who is doing the diagnosis for your car? They should be checking the voltage and ampacity for that circut.
2)Stop buying new ones. You can usually find them cheap on NASIOC classifides or Ebay for around $25.
3)What are all your mods?

The ECU does contorl the BCS by 12v-13 volts. So you can actually test the BCS by making some test leads and connecting the ground to the battery negitive and just touch the positive momentairilly to the battery posistive. You should hear it audibly click. If it does then the problem lies else where (wiring maybe, bad connection). If you still have your old solenoids I would test them. Also try cleaning the solenoid with some electronic cleaner or some non chlorinated brake cleaner.Just a couple squirts, not alot needed.Blowby can gum up the solenoids sometimes.
