Hi. Sorry about yr car problems.
Anyways I have a question. Hopefully you or anyone can help. So a while ago I got an argument w an 08 WRX Hatchback owner. Let me just get to the point.

Did you buy that front mesh grill or does the 08wrx come like that!??
I did Google it but for some odd reason I don't believe those pics that I see. I just need confirmation for.....personal reasons.

He has the subaru sport grille, which is not stock. The 08 comes with an ugly ass grill.

Damn man, sorry to hear that the trouble continues. I'm having my own problems with engines. I hope you get some good news soon.

Dang that sucks man! I had some people check it out yesterday they said it sounds like something it hitting on top of the pistons like a valve or maybe something got sucked into the engine. idk. Hopefully you get you engine problems solved too!

you talking about the oil screens here? cause the 08+'s still have them. 2 in fact. one under the turbo inlet that isnt to bad to clean or remove that feeds the turbo and the other is under the air pump that you cannot remove unless you remove the timing belt and gears and back cover.
