2002 wrx with mods has misfire across the board

i have a 2002 wrx with crower 264 cams, ferrea endurance spring kit, brian crower vavles, a perrin bov, and short ram intake, accessport v1, cobb uppipe, borla shorty down pipe, ( still have 3rd cat) and an hks hi-power exhaust. i have misfires across the board.
p0301
p0302
p0303
p0304

the misfire is very very very slight. i also have a what i think is low idle ( about 500 rpm) the light doesn't flash usually comes on at idle and stays on solid ( not like a normal misfire) and when it comes on it's all for codes at once not just one.
i was wondering if anyone else has the same or similar set up or has herd of this problem and has a solution

any questions feel free to ask. thank you

What plugs, and what heat range are you running? Do you have an AFR gauge?

What about lightweight flywheel or crank pulley?

i have denso ik22 iridum v groove plugs ( one step colder from stock) and i don't have a a/f gauge but my scan tool is telling me lean. i'm leaning towards a MAF sensor as everything is pointing to that and i disconnected it and it stopped running lean so i have one on order from suby.

and no lightened anything.

Some aftermarket intakes skew the MAF sensor calibration. That scan tool is actually useless as the ECU does not even use O2 sensor feedback in openloop. You would need a wideband AFR meter/sensor in order to correctly diagnose a AFR problem. The bugeyes were prone to missfires and I'm betting there is a possibility your cam timing is probably off.
