04 sti running rich and misfire

I am posting this for my buddy. It is a 04 STI with 75k on it. Has short ram intake, turbo back, fmic, vented bov ( yes i know this is bad but he wont listen). Cobb stage 2 sti tune.
It runs very rough and very rich and throws code for missfire in cyl # 1, 2, 4. Any ideas as to what it could be he tried switching back to stock map, and resetting ecu. No luck.

Boost leak. Check the BOV first. That would be my first guess anyway.

2nd Guess, A/F Sensor (Front O2 sensor)

3rd Guess, bad ringlands (easiest to check by seeing if it puffs smoke out the oil filler cap when it's warmed up)

Swap the BOV from your car and see if that fixes it.

How about stop trying to run parts that the OTS map is not made for? IE...FMIC, short ram intake (unless its Cobb's), and a BOV.
