03 Wrx engine light on and airbag?

I just received my 03 wrx after a long 2month wait. I get it and it has the check engine light on as well as an airbag. I also noticed when I was going up a hill on the turbo, the turbo cut out then jumped back up.

It has a bov( i know there bad, but I just got it)
aem intake
and I think a manula boost controller
stock exhaust (wtf was the guy thinking)

anyways I checked the oil and it seemed fine.
Temp was in the middle of the gauge

I really need your help as I got to get this fixed before I smog it or it wont pass and the seller is an %%#%#&

oh yeah it was made 07/2002 where is the id # so I can tell if it has an AA or BA transmission.

I'd be willing to bet that the stock exhaust is on there because the previous owner had an aftermarket exhaust on there and decided to keep it for his/her next car or sell it separately to get more money than it would be worth if it was still on this car. Cold air intakes and aftermarket blow off valves are not terribly popular and therefore less likely to sell for any significant amount of money, so I'm guessing the previous owner just didn't bother with either of them.

Try to get your hands on a stock intake system or a Cobb or SPT short ram intake. And of course, replace the bov with a stock or similar to stock bypass valve.

Not sure what to tell you about the mbc except don't crank the boost up beyond stock levels.

Unfortunately, it seems like this is a case where you're going to have to spend a little money correcting mistakes made by the previous owner to get the thing running properly. Good luck!

Your transmission code is on the data plate next to the driver's side shock mount under the hood. I'm seeing an auxillary boost controller similar to the TurboXS one (it's that blue knob attached to a vacuum line). If you still have the stock T and boost pill, hook all that back up and have someone check to make sure you have a stock tune on the car.
