Exclamation 02 overheating. need help!! Bad!

So i put a stage one in my car today using accessport. it started overheating about a 2miles down the road along with the oil light coming on. the CEL came on and the codes red: P0301-P0304. and one it didn't know. ?????. i got it home and put the ecu back to stock. took it for a good ride around and it was fine, until 1/2 from my house. I got in the driveway and it kept climbing, climbing, and climbing almost all the way up to the HOT part of the guage. its not leaking any fluid. and yes the ECU is set back to the stock map. There is also no CEL. weird?.... or oil light on. Can someone riddle me my problem?

You reset the ECU when you flashed it back to stock. Still overheating though correct? Have you looked into your coolant reservoir?

When was the last time you flushed the system?
And are you sure that you have coolant in it and not just straight water?
Not trying to be an a$$, but people seem to think just water is OK, when its not.

Those are misfire codes on 1&3, both on the passenger side. Did you clean your engine bay lately? Maybe get water in there?

Also saw somewhere that cleaning this with MAF cleaner can fix your problem.

Yes I reflashed n still over heating. I actually just took it for a ride now and its still the same. Yes I have coolant in it. No I didn't put "just water" in. it was 50/50 (I'm pretty sure).

What's the oil level look like? I saw you mentioned it coming on. Was curious.

update: checked n topped off engine n trans oil. went to change thermostat, took out the bottom bolt on housing and whole housing came off!! there wasn't a top bolt in the housing. i let the hose drain out into a bucket and only a quart maybe more came out of the bottom radiator hose. i then knocked out the thermostat and a lot more came out of the block than did the radiator. maybe a good gallon or little more. now i just gotta get a new top bolt for that housing.
