pretty color, where did you guys find it?

BTW: do those engines actually last? My friend had a GSX Eclipse that I thought was amazing, (before I ever sat in a WRX) and it spent A LOT of time getting repairs. I was 17 so I don't remember what exactly, could have been routine stuff but Mitsubishi always left a bad taste in my mouth after that.

local auto body supply store, and yes they last, that example has 211,XXX miles and runs like the day she rolled off the ship

the active aero was ripped off that car long ago, none of those spiffy mitsu computers are there anymore, it's got coilovers, no active aero, BBK and no ABS, I've heard hes getting ready to delete the RWS as well

3000 GTs non flip ups are one of my favorite touring cars. So, I'd rock one as long as it wasn't a total mess. I'd rather make it look more JDM and turn it into a GTO though.

Matt: Is he just ripping all the spiffy stuff out to save weight or what?

I actually prefer the fips so long as you gut the snake eyes so you can use the headlights while they're down. And the only difference between the GTO and 3000GT is the rear tail light garnish other than that the cars are completely identical, mechanically and cosmetically. And yeah Kirt so far by ditching the factory power seats, all the power crap and a few other things he's shaved almost 600 lbs off.

I thought the GTOs used different wings sometimes than the 3000 GTs did. Well that and they had a GTO badge? Or was that just some rice mods that I've seen on them before.

nope same wing the whole time, 1G have the active aero, 94-96 have the short wing, 97-98 have the hoop and 99 have the evo style, the stealth used a completely different wing though

Nah, I've seen some tools driving a 3000GTs with I guess the 0 off the 3000 and put it behind the GT. The one car had it in chrome or stainless steel.

Side note: You know the FTO and 3000GTs are based off Galants. I don't see how because Galants are so ho hum.
