You usually lower the pressure in the tires when you go to the track so they can flex more than usual and hook up better(b/c of a larger contact patch). Since we all have AWD, traction isn't much of a factor, so I'd say run 29-32psi as usual.
Everybody who runs autoX bumps their tire pressure around here. I usually put like 48 in the rear and 45 in the front, so I can get the rear end to come around the turns a bit better. It gives a real rough ride, I'd say run at the stock recommeded pressure everyday and for the occassional AutoX bump it to 45 around and adjust from there. Hopefully this summer I will have a set of Falken Azenis for track days
