I would create 'fake' groceries for the back. Something that is light, mounted in the car so as not to move around, and has the tops of cereal boxes, milk cartons, and bread sticking out paper the bags.

Sorry I took so long to reply, the eye-bolts are provided with the harness. The threads were the same as the seat mounting bolts and the factory lap belt mount on the B pillar.
