SCCA | ESP Category | Best tires?

I need a set of new tires for next month's AutoX. Since I am in the Street Prepared category, I do not need street legal tires. Any suggestions for a good race tire? I was looking at Hoosiers A6's at P225/40ZR17 or the Hankook Ventus F214 at 225/45ZR17, C50 compound.

Any recommendations? Basically, I need a great sticky tire.

My Hankook Z211 are C50, very sticky but take a while to bring to temp. Probably not what you want for autoXing. The Khumo's or Hoosiers would probably serve you better for that. Glad to hear you're attacking the tarmac again !
