My first autocross

Yesterday was my first autocross ever and it was a night run. I had 5 runs total. There were 28 drivers and 10 were novice(they dident put me in novice idk why so really 11) I was in stx class. But my best run of the night was a 67.8 and that put me into 13th overall. I think i would have done better if it wasent pitch black but im very happy with getting 13th. I actually beat some of the people that race all the time and i got the person that put on the event by 1 place

. The only thing i wish was that i dident have so much turbo lag

it was hard to hit peak boost on that track. And i allmost spun her out once but had it under control.

I cant wait to do it again.

Great! There's a place down here in Dayton that has an autocross track that I really want to get on to soon! You drift at all?

Do it up its wicked fun and it was more of an unintentional slide that killed my time because i had to jam my brakes to keep my car on the track. Oh yea it was on a track unlike the normal coned autox

Turbo lag helps with your tranny... So it's not all bad.

Decrease the lag on your setup you have now..... Even if you don't stay with the stock turbo, it's setting you up for the future.
