wierd issue in stage 2 06 wrx....

hey guys, i have a really wierd issue im having with my 2006 wrx. first off here is the car info.
06 wrx 5 speed
3 inch tbe no cat.
xpt stage 2 map.
ok here goes. at first i thought the clutch was slipping. but it only does it intermittently.. so i have never experienced a clutch that will slip intermitt. it is more prone to doing this in cold weather after the car has been driven for a little. its making full boost, speed is increasing but rpm slip up then hold or drop down a little.. like a cluch or a real dead spot the car has. it also feels as if the wg is opening and leting boost out as the car is trying to build it.. (maybe cause im catless??? ) it seems the boost builds real fast when it happens. maybe its creep? and car openeing wastegate?, it does it more when car is loaded up and going up hill) now doesnt do it everytime but enough to annoy the crap out of me. but in all ill attach a log and here is a vid clip of it on you tube...
its not the best shot of it but i didnt want to keep fooling around on the roads. it does alot worse sometimes... any help would be appreciated! thanks! and sorry i logged alot of things!!! i just didnt wanna miss anything. i wana fix this its annoying!! haha

note i atached log as a jpg because tuners woulnt let me upload a .csv....

Boost spike/creep will trigger a CEL and/or a cruise control light (have either one ?)

Have any CEL's ?

Yea haha. I wanted to race at trackmlas week but not going to till I figure this out! It seems like te clutch but it's not. The boost hits fast whenit does this if it was slipping it would build slowly. I'm just annoyed with this ! Lol

Pzr- wgdc is set around 50% from 2400-3600. I think your referring to the wg pound spring it has.

Boost is stable. It maybe drop a pound but that's because was just flashed a day ago. So ecu is still learning it. But I'm going to leave it be for a bit. If it's a clutch it will get worse! Lol. This only happens when I load up the car. ( only once in a while it will tho). Under 2800 rpm. Easy solution for now... Don't do it haha. It works perfect wheb I'm not loading it up alot. So will keep you guys posted.

You can test your clutch by trying this :

At a moderate speed (20 or so) put it in 5th and give it 3/4-full throttle.... If your RPM's rise considerably, more than likely it will be your clutch takin a dump....
