Utec help

does anyone know if the utec causes a dtc P1446 fuel tank control valve circuit low i'm throwing that code along with P1491 pcv valve malfunction (blowby)

I bet that's what oil was leaking on my garage when you were there (pcv is jacked or clogged). Sorry, I have no experience on the UTEC.

Clean the pcv... or replace it.

I also vote the PCV is gunked up or just needs replacing.
