I have purchased a JDM TGV delete and i currently own the Cobb Accessport tuner v2 and was wondering if anyone knows how to delete the check engine light with the Accessport.

You need the RaceTuner software or a Protune to disable the 12 TGV DTC codes.

Where can i get the software? Does it cost anything, and what are the 12 TGV DTC codes?

Check on Cobbs site. I think all you hav to do is submit a form and they can/will send it to you now. Unless things have changed again. And the "12" tgv DTC codes are all associated with rmoving the tgvs. There will be 12 codes you would need to delete to have the code(s) go away and run properly.

Will Cobb give me the codes to delete the check engine light? Can an amatuer use the software or should it be a professional tuner?

You cannot just purchase those buy themselves. They come with their TGV deletes. And why use them when you can just use the software? Last time I checked Cobb was giving the software away free...
