Problem with access port

Operating a 2011 WRX, with invidia exhaust and catted downpipe. I also have the Cobb intake. Im using the stage 2 tune, and every so often I will "lose the tune", causing the check engine light to come on, and the cruise control light to flash. Can anyone offer some ideas why this is happening or what im doing wrong?

Thanks in advance

You can't "lose the tune".

There is no way for anyone to help you without the CEL code.

Use AP and go to the trouble shoot option and select read codes.
Write down codes and use reset option.
That should give you a little help.

Every so often as in just normal driving or lead foot driving?

Poor choice of words I suppose. It happened once in normal driving and the other two times it happened on the highway, which you could call lead foot driving :P

My guess is "overboost" causing the car to go into limp mode. Pull the CEL using your Accessport and post it.

Also, check out this video and log a few runs as suggested in the video and make sure your car is running correctly.
