That device is pretty Low-tech.Not really even considered real engine management.Its just a fuel adder.

i tuned a gt30r evo8 with one, well, i tried anyway.

it didnt quite do what we needed it to do, had to reflash the ECU in the end.

with subaru's, stick with reflashes/AP/utec/stand alone

A'pexi AFC don't work very well on newer cars. On older pre obd2 cars they seem to work pretty well but not newer cars. Most obd2 cars will just readjust for the changes you make.

That's not entirely true. The AFC product is decent for fuel tuning, but that's about it. Unfortunately, there's more to tuning than just adjusting fuel.

I'll agree with the rest. Your ECU can and will learn around the AFC corrections eventually.
