Need Help with boost issue

Greetings All,

my brother in law has an 05 WRX , at 31,000 miles the origonal turbo blew, at that time it was running 16 to 18 psi with no probs in fact it ran great,

It has an aftermarket ecu ( Subaru Denied the warranty on the blown turbo because of this) cat back exhaust sti top mount ic and cobb tune

Being sub voided the warranty we let a local shop install the new turbo
It ran great for 30 miles, even hit 24 PSI (One Time) as we upgraded to a 16 G ,
it blew because of the oil line (has been replaced with a forced performanced oil line high flow

We then 2nd turbo for it, got 250 miles the it actually came apart ( faulyt build as the nut on the comp wheel was almost off and could be hand turned)

With the second turbo we could only hit 11 psi , no matter what gear

after the 2nd turbo blew , we got a third , (godspeed for the price) 16 g

after install , a new Turboxs BOV, now we are only getting 5 to 6 psi in all gears ,

could this just be a bad tune ? it is set to stage 2 93 atm , but that doesnt matter what tune its on it still only goes to 6 psi.

sorry if this has already been answered somewhere else, ive been looking for hours all over the engine for leaks etc , so far i havnt found any.

i do believe it does have sti injectors , almost everything else in the engine is sti , all i know on it is the origonal owner did a crap load of work to it

with the origonal turbo it was beating stock wrx's easy ,i know thats not much info.

also in the map list , i dont have a fp16g map , all it has is stage 1 91 and 93
and stage 2 91 and 93 ,

i know the access port is cobb. wish i knew more of whats been done to this car, and my brother is unavailable till next week sometime, he is a fire fighter ,

since the original turbo died this car has been nothing but a pita!

you can go to cobbtuning.com and they have the FP16g map you download from there on to your pc then put it onto the handheld then can flash to the car

Thank You
am getting it now , i also think i found the issue maybe ? we replaced all the vac lines (including the stock one with the pill in it) in reading on cobbs site that could be the issue ?

they state that without a pill or too big of one you get low boost levels

The Pill Restricter was the problem, re-vacumed the lines with the pill not easily getting 10 + (not running it too hard as the turbo was just installed)

thanks for all the help
