Need declining rate Fuel Pressure Regulator

Hi all, new here. I'm looking for a declining rate fuel pressure regulator for a racing application. I know for turbo cars you install rising rate regulators to increase fuel at high RPM. I'm looking for the opposite for a normally aspirated car that is too lean at 4000 - 5500 RPM when it's tuned for 5500+. Reprogramming the ECU is not an option due to rules. I've done a lot of searching on the web and have found nothing. My guess is there are some sharp people on this forum that might know where to turn to find what I need or have it custom made. Any help much appreciated.
