i have a aem wide band on the way and im having my tuner weld the bung in the dp it will only cost like 60 bucks

k well im gonna install mine in the stock location for the rear o2 sensor.....its FREEEEEEEEEEEE that way haha

from what ive been told....the ecu cannot even monitor a/f thru the rear o2 sensor....since its not a wideband....and its got THREE cats before it

Correct.The rear O2 just monitors cat efficiency on the 16 bit ECU's.The fornt O2 does most of the work for closed loop.

where is the front 02 located? i just know the one that was at the end of the downpipe.
so am i wasting my time welding in another bung or should i just take out the factory 02 in my dp and screw in the aem?

IIRC there are two in the front on either side of the exhaust manifold.

Thanks! I knew there was that one, but for some reason I was thinking there was one on the drivers side too. thanks for correcting me, I have never had to mess with them I just thought that's what I read.

The passensger side is where the exhaust from all 4 cyclinders meet.

heres some pics of my stuff installed
the wiring from the o2 sensor up to the controller is literally fed up thru the rubber circular spot RIGHT above where it plugs into the dp on the stock location...perfection!
