Enginuity I think is what your using. Anyways:

1. Load Enginuity program and plug tactrix cable into computer (USB)
2. Plus other end of tactrix cable into OBDII port under steering wheel
3. On top under Enginuity software on top menu select ecu logger
4. Once loaded, switch COM port out of 3 to other selection (mine says COM5) and set parameters which you can find here:
http://www.xpttuning.com/osecuroms/viewtopic.php?t=323
5. Under Edit or file, forgot which one (sorry I'm at work and don't have access to the program), select start ecu logger with defogger switch (to log simply press defogger switch to start and then again to stop. It automatically saves a log to a default location which you can specify in one of the options on top. I made mine go to a folder i created on my desktop for example.)

Good luck man

Are you running Windows XP? If so, plug in your tactrix cable and wait for the little bubbles telling you it sees the cable to pop up in the bottom right corner. Once its done right click my computer and go to properties. Then click the hardware tab, then "Device Manager." Towards the bottom of this list you should see PORTS (COM + LPT), click the + to expand and view all the ports. Make sure you have a port showing up next to your USB tacrix cable. If your all good there make cure you have the latest definitions for Enginuity.
