High Alt Cobb Tuning

I have a 2002 WRX with a Cobb catback system w/ K&N filter and I drive between 4000 and 8000 ft alt. I am using the Cobb stage 1 map and wondered if this is right with the altitude, sometimes is smell fuel when I stop?

Thanks
MG

That probably has to due with the TSB on the fuel rail leak problem.A quick search will bring up the details.Getting a custom tune for your altitude wouldn't be a bad idea. The ECU does have some altitude compensation.

If I need to replace the fuel rails should I just go aftermarket? I see there are quite a few on ebay. Can I use these with stock injectors? Or can I upgrade injectors with a stock turbo? I plan to upgrade this later with a new turbo.
Thanks
