I just finished repairs on a wrecked WRX that I have no history on and I was hoping someone could look at my log and help me. I want to make sure everything is safe and healthy before I upgrade the downpipe and buy an XPT Extreme stage 2 map. The only things I KNOW it has are, K&N panel, snorkel mod, Uppipe, catback, and the FREE XPT stage 2 map. Any help on whether the log looks healthy would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
I didn't see a downpipe listed in your mods. You have to have a downpipe to run a stage 2 map.Your getting slight knock where the red -1.05 are in learning view. The MAF scaling could use some tweaking downlow. No big deal.Your logging WAY to much stuff. The more stuff you log,the less resolution you get.

Thanks for taking time, I feel much better. I can tell it still has the stock downpipe, and it HAS been removed, but I haven't had a chance to see if it is gutted yet. I had a feeling the red 1.05 was bad. I hope to take the downpipe off in 2 weeks when I get a break to check, before I order one. For just around town and highway driving, would it hurt to leave it as is? I want to read a little more before I try tweaking.
The stock downpipe being gutted or not does not matter. The design is garbage to say the least. You need a bellmoth design to unlock some good petential the car has. The sooner you get one the better.

Thanks for the info, I didn't know it would make much diff, I guess I'll start shopping for one. Any recommendations on one that would work well with stage 2 but not get too loud? Is there such a thing? I drive 2-4000 miles a month and I love the car, but want to keep it close to stock "sounding" due to all the time spent in it.
I run the full Cobb TBE, not too loud at idle but at WOT lets you know you have more than just stock going on. As far as DPs go though any bellmouth will work. Most of your "noise" comes from the CBE portion.

I want to read a little more before I try tweaking.
I highly suggest reading ALOT more before tuning and investing in a wideband AFR sensor.
