Help!!

so let me start out with what i have done with my car i have tbe and short ram air intake and cobb ap stage 2. about 4 days ago i threw a code the code was p0244 and i called cobb they said to get a smoke test done. so today i did they found a small leak the diverter valve was leaking slightly, and they also said the throttle body coupler is starting to tear what ever. after they did that i was driving home and wanted to see if the car was running fine soo i got on it but not crazy just to feel it out, while i was doing that the car check engine light came on and u know the rest. soo i checked the code and it was a p2433 i reset it but it didnt clear i got another code and it was a p2431 soo i dont know when they were testing it and took off the intercooler they might have hit something but the codes wont clear. and the nearest subaru dealership is bout 40 mins away is it bad to drive it or what can i do? please help thanks...
