What kind of downpipe did you get? Are you planning to install everything yourself?
It's also highly recommended to use a brand new turbo-to-downpipe gasket when the aftermarket downpipe is installed. A fresh downpipe-to-cat back gasket is probably a good idea too, although that one you could probably reuse since it would be way easier to switch that one if you happen to develop a leak there.
I Got the Grimmspeed downpipe which was about 360 compared to 595 for the cobb downpipe. The only difference was the grimmspeed has no cat. and it came with all the Gaskets!!!!! I ended up just having them put the downpipe in so I could have it for the drive home i live about 3 hours out of portland. The guys at surgeline where very helpful and I would definately recommend them to anybody. I have the accessport on stage 2 and DAMNNNNNNN what a difference. Definately was a fun drive down I-5.
and its fun checkin out all the sti's they had there and the 350z and the gt-r
i have a 06 wrx mr and am about to purchase a 16g tdo5 turbo by godspeed and a complete exhaust sytem by them also but i will have to flash my ecu around the time i put on the parts and i was wondering if using the cobb access port was difficult
I wouldnt use the Cobb map for that turbo. Thats not what the map notes call for. It calls for the FP 16G. There are several different variations of a 16G turbo out there. Unless you are getting a protune with the AP I wouldnt do it.
TR btw, tuner ready. Your not driving a EVO MR. ROFL
