most folks use a Cobb AP for an ODBII monitor if they have one at all.

Be careful when connecting those cheaper style Bluetooth OBDII Dongles. The tolerances on them are usually not as precise as OEM and the pins inside the OBD connector can bend or break if misaligned.

The other thing to be aware of is that Pin 16 on the OBD connector is usually "Hot" at all times so even if the ignition is "Off" the device may still be draining battery power if plugged in. (I know alot of people leave devices like this plugged in all the time and don't know that they are using power even when the car is off).

We are having a sale on COBB Accessport if you decide to upgrade: http://www.wrxtuners.com/forums/f170/mega-sale-cobb-accessport-wrx-sti-35369/
