Question Fuel tuning question

I recently installed my uppipe and egt gauge in the uppipe. I noticed when coming up a long steep hill, my egts will try to climb above 1400 F. Maybe this is because of the turbo constantly spooling on and off? I also recently installed safc and tried to put more fuel in at 2500-4000 rpm but the temperature still climbs. I only have an uppipe, cat-back exhaust, and a ebc set at 11 lbs. low boost. I have many questions and would like to resolve this issue soon because i have been driving 55-60 mph on the freeway because of this. Do I need bigger injectors or do I need a new fuel rail kit? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
