Ok so i actually found someone who can tune my car just wondering if it is a good idea to tune to stage 1 with a perrin sri. will i get a significant hp gain or will i notice some pull?

I dont think you are going to get any major gains by just tuning with the intake. My advice would be to just get a panel filter for your stock airbox and run the stage 1. Save your tuning money for future upgrades that unleash more power. Thats what I did. I just got an e-tune from pdx. Cant really say how much better or worse it might be yet because I havent had the chance to really drive it yet.

darn i figured a stage 1 and a short ram would at least pull a little harder. im not really planning on doing any other mods to the car than just what i have and the tune. i do have a 2.5' cat back, if i wanted a downpipe i would need a an adapter and (what im told) an up pipe. this is expensive! plus if i wanted to flash on my own id need like 400-600 dollar ap or cable with a bunch of other stuff. i guess maybe ill just leave it for now. !Cry! oh and let us know how the car drives!
