Diagnostic Mode isnt working

well, after flashing to XPT stage 2 a few months earlier, im trying to flash it back to the stock map (long story). since i have an 04 i hook up the green connectors and plug in the flash block turn the key to the "on" position, but nothing happens. all of my dash lights come on, but the fans dont cycle and when i open ecuflash and try to read the ecu it cant connect. any ideas?

Check the green blocks to make sure one of the spades didn't push out of the back of the connector.

i checked that last night, thinking the same thing. the male side was a little loose in the connector, but not coming out the back of the plug. i checked the jumper plug as well, everything was fine with that as well.
