Well, no cracks in the lines..that I can see anyway. Are there certain lines I should be looking for? Stressin' me out. The struggle, man.

Ok it keeps telling me invalid format. So heres a screen cap from todays pull. Ive notived that the fine knock has now showed up....is this cause for concern? Should I go back to the normal map and not high waste gate?

And here are the other two from today. Datalog5 was from this am going into work at about 30º. That was a true 3rd gear pull getting on the freeway with no traffic. 6 and 7 i had to cut throttle for the "out of work" crowd. Blue is boost, red is knock.

yah i would try sending your log to cobb, they review logs for free. i also noticed your DAM (IAM) is at 13, should be at 16. the first datalofg i did i had a DAM/IAM of 11 and it ended up being just a dirty maf sensor. after sending to cobb they told me that a low DAM/IAM meant there was a mechanical problem. so i believe your issue isnt tune related. but of course i am still learning this stuff so...

That knock COULD be from crappy gas. I've always added 1 gal of e85 to a tank to rule out the gas issue (to raise the octane).

Need to see a full WOT log in 3rd if possible.

Full WOT 3rd is datalog5 in the images I posted. And I would assume it isn't crappy gas. Its a relatively new gas station with new pumps and all that, backed by a grocery chain. I would hope it wasn't crappy gas anyway.... I'm leaning towards a mechanical issue as suggested by the peeps on this thread. Slight hesitation when going 2k-3k rpm WOT. And I do mean slight. Passenger couldn't feel it, but I sure as hell could. Intermittent too. It was worse on the HWG map.

I had the exact same problem, it started as hesitation, and after a while it started bucking. Try cleaning your maf sensor. Although I wasn't under boosting like you are.

Just cleaned that little dude! There's a T splitter in the line running to wastegate that has one end capped so the air travels at a right angle. May be an issue to look into. Sprayed boost line down with soapy water and couldn't find a leak anywhere. Going to leak test at a shop to be sure. Hesitation isn't as prominent on this base map. Very rare, actually.
