COBB AP or CHIP

A lot of peopl by me have the cobb ap, but ive always heard my step dad say chip it if u want some more hp right away. whats better 4 a 04 wrx

You can't "chip" the suby. They are not the old removable EPROMS of yesteryear.

+1 billion for the AP. Like stated above you cant "chip" the suby. Read up on some EM and you will see whats avaliable and what the capabilities of them are.
