Anti-Lag

ok so i've been reading alot about ALS systems and how they work and stuff but the one thing i can't seem to find is who makes systems and where you could even buy a system. i'm not looking to go buy a system i don't have any mods near this complexity nor do i really want to (well i do want to but no $$$ and i gotta be reliable) but i would like to "window shop" so to speak. anyone know where i can find any systems??

reliable and anti-lag dont exactly go hand in hand. i mean yes it is reliable but it will shorten the life of your turbo. sorry im not help w/ where to locate such a set up

"IF" someone was willing to pay for a Hydra EMS then they can get the add on for the AntiLag and Launch assist.

I dont think I've ever heard of a company manufacturing one. A friend of mine has ALS on his '99 2.5 but the whole car has been custom fab'd for rally(dude is loaded!) and I know that he made or designed his own ALS/ECU. Sorry not really any help. If you do what blueprint for soemthign like this I'm sure I could get some for ya!

yeah like i said i don't want to add a system to my car- way to hard on it. but man i can't believe no one makes a system for those diehard rally enhusiast. i can't find anything.

^^ I should have been more specific ... companies make them ... they jsut add it into thier engine managament from what I've seen.

If i were to buy a "jet-hot" coating for my turbo, up-pipe, down pipe and a built motor, would running anti-lag be more reliable? I am looking into it for a 35R project in the future. What other mods would i need to run this safely?

Can you tune anti-lag to say a "mild" setting so it is not so hard on your motor and turbo?

You do understand that antilag causes explosions in your exhaust to keep the turbo spooled don't you? There is no way to make that easy on your turbo..

I understand how anti-lag works, and i wouldn't be using it all the time or untill i get a built motor and other mods for that matter. I just want it for trips to the drag strip and auto x.
