Slow speed wheel shudder-05 WRX Sti

I am having an issue curently on my 05 STi and I am searching for the solution. I have slow speed wheel shudder when turning the wheel left or right that transmits thru the steering wheel. I don't hear any associated whine or metal on metal or clicking like it a CV or anyhting else, not air in power sterring resevoir etc. The steering wheel "shudders" and you hear a vibration (not metalic or clunking) noise somewhere under the car?
Another slightly scary thing happened this morning when I was on a off ramp (cloverleaf) and decelerating with light braking, the car suddenly (only for a fraction of a second) lurched to the left towards a reatining wall and I almost %^&* my pants.
I did read on one similar thread about the "tone rings and ABS sensors" since this information is fed to the center diff and it could be receiving "bad data" concerning the wheel speeds?
Ideas?

BTW, in the past week I added Blizzaks (all 4 brand new on BBS wheels) and changed the tranny, center diff and rear diff fluids.

It didn't state whether the car was doing this before the tires and maintenance. Was it?

Are your wheels torqued properly? Go double check.

This could be a simple and over looked problem what brfatal stated!, also could be something as the tires weren't balance correctly.
Also let us know on what Brandon said as well!

Stupid simple things to check first is there anything like a rock stuck up in your wheels or brake area? It's happened before.

Balancing is a higher speed issue. I bet he has a loose wheel. That will cause wobble at low speed and while turning. He did just put his wheels on.

Balance wouldn't be felt at low speed although a belt separation in a tire would be. Wouldn't cause pull/grab of the wheel though. Uncentered wheel?.?.

The pull/grab while turning makes me think it's a possible rack or axle problem...IF it were happening prior. Wanna know if it happened beforehand though. Get back when you can OP.
