it is very much possibe...I know PPG sells a kit...and I believe that Crawford Performance does as well as they use a RWD STi as there Formula D drift car

You'd have a lot of un-used space in your trans housing. As that is the place where your front diff is in a MT car. Never mind the fact that you'd have to weld the spots where the half shafts come out of the housing. So, I'd have to agree with nagy...retarded but doable.
