Unless you are pushing mega horse power get a stock or close to stock clutch. It is much better to have a little clutch slip than grenade your tranny or something else expensive. You should be looking for a organic clutch with perhaps a little higher clamping force. That will probably be a stage one but if your car is a bolt on car just go stock.

I went with the exedy stage 1 clutch. It's plenty grippy, and I'm well above stock power levels.

You have an STi though which means your tranny can deal with a lot grippier clutch without issue. It's a lot stronger than the WRX's 5-speed. For WRX people, it's "Stock Tranny? Stock Clutch!" but the 6-speed is a different story.
