My 02 is slipping. :(

So after going Stage 2 my clutch started slipping so I reflashed back to Stage 1 until I can get it replaced. Took a short vid of it. Just started 2 weeks ago. Any advice of a replacement?

You going to get your gears done soon?

If not, get the OEM replacement. Save the headaches.

Well the only goal I wanted was Stage 2. Wasn't going to start anything major. Was going to start working on Interior/Exterior next.

Well got her in the shop and getting the Perfection Clutch set installed. After getting the old clutch out apparently the clutch was so gone that the rivets started wearing into the flywheel so getting the flywheel resurfaced also. Should be back on the road by Monday.

Its actually my Wife's friend's dad that doing it for me. He's been working on Subaru's for a while and repairs cars in his home garage. Sounds kind of like a backyard mechanic but I was very impressed with his garage being that he had a lift in it. So I doubt someone who invest that much into a backyard garage is a 1/2 a$$ mechanic. He was trying to get it done for me by the end of today but the flywheel set him back a bit.
He gonna do my timing belt for me also once I get the money up for it.

Once I get it back Ill post a video of results.

That's not true, I went with an aftermarket clutch and didn't have any issues..

I don't have any friends like that either mosc, just a father who would help out if I need it. Which my father is one of those old school mechanics. In his youth he built his firebird out of two junk yard cars. Back before I was born. So, he can turn a wrench and figure out most problems.
