Light Flywheels

I am gathering the parts for my 818R Track car (1800-1900lb). I will be using a 06-07 WR engine and transmission and am considering installing a light flywheel. Not having any experience with Subaru Turbo engines I am looking for the Pro's and Con's of a light flywheel.
This will not be a street driven car.

Well depends on the weight really. I'd suggest calling OutFront Motorsports home
They build buggie engines and would probably be better able to answer your question. I run a stock flywheel, but several on here have run lightened ones. Once you get below a certain weight it can cause a CEL, but I wanna say you have to drop it down to like 10lbs or so. Stock is around 22lbs. if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks I will check with Out Front. Any other suggestions or light flywheel experience out there??

IMHO you should never really run a flywheel lighter than 14 lbs on a street car, but as this is a track car, that kind of goes out the window. I know of 9 lb wheels, but I have no experience.
