Any thing like turbo wise. Use 04 sti injector or slightly bigger turbo and a tune plus full exhaust ?

Injectors are no good without a tune - same with a turbo. A slightly larger turbo would be a waste if you're seriously shooting for 400. You'll need something at least in the 30R range or bigger (like Matt mentioned) for those numbers.

Generally, people modify these cars in stages. If you're still completely stock, go with an aftermarket bellmouth downpipe, any cat back you like, a catless up pipe (in your case), and some type of Stage 2 tune. After that, start buying parts for a turbo upgrade and the other necessary supporting mods. Install everything else together and get tuned immediately... then pray that your engine doesn't break.

Ok thanks. Where can I get new torque converter and trans cooler. I got a bone stock wrx 2.0 turbo auto just wana hook it up. If I can't make 400 what can I make safely ?
