clutch shudder

Is there anything you can do about clutch shudder other than replace the clutch? What about some new fluid? My warranty is gone. Any suggestions?

Switching oil doesn't help at all. Unfortunately I think you just have to get used to it For some reason, my Subie doesn't shudder as badly as it once did. Either that or I just naturally adjust for it now.

It shutters because the flywheel was overheated. Take it off, have it machined. This is a common problem traced all the way back to the beta 2.5 engine. You may wanna do a clutch @ the same time.. I would do it ASAP because the EJ20 engine has case seperation problems when overloaded with vibrations.

JDMness... Yum!
